Formed in 2023 and featuring members of Dropset, Kartel, 50 Caliber, King Street and Bun Dem Out, LOW LIFE LBU have quickly made their mark with a sound rooted in the most punishing end of hardcore — thick, crushing riffs, breakdowns built for the pit, and a relentless delivery that shows no interest in compromise. They have played with the likes of Bulldoze, Torena, Full Blown Chaos, Recount etc.

LOW LIFE LBU, London’s hardest new hardcore outfit, now return with their debut full-length release on Rucktion Records, “Too Hard 2 Die”, a record that takes the idea of heavy UK hardcore and drives it straight through the floor.

“Too Hard 2 Die” moves between fast, aggressive hardcore and slower, heavier punishment, balancing raw energy with sheer weight in a way that feels both classic and immediate. Every track is built to hit hard, with no wasted space and no soft edges.

Influenced by the most uncompromising names in the scene — One Second Thought, Built Upon Frustration, Denied, Irate and Darkside NYC — LOW LIFE LBU also sit alongside UK heavyweights like Ninebar, Knuckledust, Bun Dem Out, Prowler and Kartel.

Built on a DIY mentality and a no-frills attitude, the band have carved out their place in the UK hardcore underground through sheer persistence and intent.
